Fenris Wolf Matte Black Agate Stretch Bracelet

Fenris Wolf Matte Black Agate Stretch Bracelet

We bring you a stretch bead bracelet based on the fearsome wolf who in viking mythology was bound by the Norse gods to prevent him bringing about Ragnarök. The Story of Fenris, Fenris Wolf was born to Loki and the jotunn Angrboda along with Jormungand and Hel. When the gods found out about the three children, they quickly took care of them. He was raised by the Aesir until he quickly grew and became a threat and started to rampage across the Nine Worlds. They tried to bind him twice but he broke free both times with his immense strength. The gods then had the dwarves make an indestructible rope to bind him. When they presented Fenris with the rope he became suspicious and agreed to let them bind him only if one of the gods put their hand in his mouth. Tyr volunteered. The wolf bit off the war god's right hand and the other gods bound and muzzled him and left him on Lyngvi until Ragnarök, when he is fated to escape from his bounds. This bracelet features matte black agate and silver plated iron beads with tibetan silver spacer beads and a stainless steel wolf head pendant. This is an elasticated stretch bracelet and can be ordered in 4 sizes up to 20cm. This item will be presented inside an organza gift pouch.
