Refunds & Returns

We will gladly accept returns in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility and the items must reach us within 14 days of the us approving the return. When the returned item is received by us we will issue a refund for the original order amount to the payment method used at checkout.

To arrange a return please contact us at jewelsofasgard@gmail.com stating your name, order number and reason for return.

We do not accept returns for intimate items, piercing jewellery and earrings that have been removed from their sealed packaging unless proof of an issue/damage on arrival is submitted.

If your parcel/item arrives damaged please immediately obtain photographs of the issue/damage and submit this evidence to us along with your name, order number and a description of the issue you are having with the item within 14 days of logged delivery. If your claim for a damaged parcel is deemed valid we will offer a replacement or alternatively we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged item claims will NOT be accepted if it has been more than 14 days since logged delivery.

To log a damaged item report please send photographs of the damage to the parcel and/or item along with your name, order number and a written description of the damage/issue to the item to jewelsofasgard@gmail.com.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped within the stated manufacturing times, which differ for each listing. Please read item description for manufacturing times.

We will always retain proof of postage and are not responsible for any carrier delays and/or customs delays once the package is shipped.

All our free UK deliveries are 2nd class Royal mails signed for as standard, this can be upgraded via the dropdown bar at checkout, collection in person is also offered free of charge.

All international orders are charged at a flat rate of £15.00 and are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked and signed service.

 

For Uk Orders

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for postage as standard (items usually arrive 3-5 working days from date of dispatch). If you selected upgraded Royal Mail 1st class signed for postage your items should usually arrive within 1-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please note once the item is dispatched unexpected delays may occur during shipping and these delays are not the fault or responsibility of Jewels of Asgard

Please allow 14 days following dispatch for your parcel to arrive and during this time please utilise the tracking information to obtain details of your parcels status. If you have not recieved your parcel within 14 days please contact us at jewelsofasgard@gmail.com stating your name, order number and tracking number and we will attempt to further track your item. If the carrier reports the item missing we will immediately issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method used at checkout. If the item is recorded as still in transit on the carriers system we would ask you to wait a further 14 days (a total of 28 days from dispatch) and if your parcel is still not received please contact us at jewelsofasgard@gmail.com for an instant replacement or refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

For International Orders

All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail international tracked and signed postage. Your order will be shipped within the manufacturing time stated in the description for the item purchased. Royal Mail guidance states the item should usually arrive 5-15 working days following dispatch, however please allow 28 days for your parcel to arrive and during this time please utilise the tracking information to obtain details of your parcels status. If you have not received your parcel within 28 days of dispatch please contact us at jewelsofasgard@gmail.com stating your name, order number and tracking number and we will attempt to further track your item. If the carrier reports the item missing we will immediately issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method used at checkout. If the item is recorded as still in transit on the carriers system we would ask you to wait a further 7 days (a total of 35 days from dispatch) and if your parcel is still not received please contact us at jewelsofasgard@gmail.com for an instant replacement or refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Jewels of Asgard are not responsible for customs delays.

Parcels can be delayed for up to 8 weeks in the event that they are held by customs. When your parcel is released from customs, if it is logged by the tracking as 'returned to sender' we will either issue a replacement or if preferred a refund to the the original payment method used at checkout. If your item is released and logged as being forwarded to the recipient, we would ask you to please wait a further 14 days for your item to arrive with you.

In the event that 14 days following release of your parcel from customs you still have not received your item please contact us at jewelsofasgard@gmail.com stating your name, order number and tracking information and we will immediately issue your preference of either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have carefully read and understood the websites policies, terms and conditions before finalising a purchase and by completing checkout, the customer is entering into an agreement to adhere to the website policies, terms and conditions as set out on the Jewels of Asgard website.
